Dijkstra Lampen B.V.
The Dijkstra company was founded in 1922 by Fokke Dijkstra in the North Holland town of Cruquius, near Haarlem.
In 2011, Dijkstra was forced to sell the company, which was acquired by Hala Lighting, one of the oldest lamp manufacturers in the Netherlands.
In 2013, Fokke Dijkstra (junior) was able to buy back the company his grandfather had started.
