Article 1 Definitions
1.1. Under TILT in these terms and conditions is meant the trading company registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce in Eindhoven, with Chamber of Commerce number 56127278
1.2. By customer is meant every visitor of the webshop, natural person or legal person, who places an order via www.tiltvintagedesign.com
Article 2 Applicability
2.1. These general and delivery conditions apply to all orders made via the web shop www.tiltvintagedesign.com
2.2 The placing of an order means that you accept the applicability of these conditions.
2.3. The provisions of these conditions can only be deviated from in writing, in which case the other provisions remain in full force.
2.4. All rights and claims, as stipulated in these conditions and in any further agreements for TILT, are also stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by TILT.
Article 3 Changes
3.1. TILT has the right to change the general terms and conditions of delivery and the content of the shop.
3.2. TILT can adjust the prices of the articles in the interim. The price changes apply from the moment of publication on the website and do not apply to orders that have already been placed at that time.
3.3. All information on this site is subject to print-type and typesetting errors. Tilt can not be kept to its offers if the customer could reasonably have understood that it was a mistake or a typo.
Article 4 Force majeure
4.1. If TILT can not fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, the obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation. After thirty days, both parties have the right to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part by means of a written statement without the right to any (damage) compensation.
4.2. Force majeure includes all shortcomings which TILT can not be charged.
Article 5 Prices
5.1. The prices stated for the offered products are in euros unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
5.2. All our items are margin items (ie no VAT items). For margin items, no VAT is stated on the invoice. VAT is therefore not deductible.
Article 6 Order
6.1. TILT will process the order after the order process of the webshop has been completed. The agreement between the customer and TILT will take effect at the moment the customer places the order by clicking the 'I confirm this order' button. The customer receives a confirmation of his / her order by e-mail.
6.2. Occasionally it may happen that an article is ordered by someone else at the same time. In that case, the time that the server indicates determines who ordered the item first.
6.3. It is possible to reserve an article. Reserved items hold TILT for a maximum of 7 days. After these 7 days, reserved items are offered for sale again.
6.4. TILT sells its lamps exclusively incandescent lamps and electronic devices are sold without batteries.
6.5. TILT sell only original vintage, Art-Deco and industrial (second-hand) items. Considering the age of these items, traces of use may be present.
Article 7 Payment
7.1. The customer receives by e-mail a confirmation of his / her order of TILT, on the order is the order information and the total amount of the order (article prices plus (possible) shipping costs).
7.2. Payments in the webshop are made by payment by bank transfer, payment at pickup or direct payment iDEAL. With iDEAL you can settle trusted, secure, easy and fast in your own familiar internet payment environment with the specific security methods of your own bank. Access to internet banking at one of the participating banks (ABN AMRO, Postbank, Rabobank, SNS Bank and Fortis Bank) is sufficient to make use of iDEAL
7.3. Once the payment is received, the order is sent or delivered as agreed.
Article 8 Shipment general
8.1. The items remain the property of TILT until the customer has met all payment conditions.
8.2. The shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands are free. Pick up at the warehouse is also free. The shipping costs outside the Netherlands are calculated on the basis of the number, size and weight of the items which are ordered.
8.3. If the size of the items is not possible, we can deliver. TILT offers used design inside and outside the Netherlands. The delivery costs within the Netherlands are € 0.40 per kilometer driven. For delivery outside the Netherlands, an individual price is agreed with the customer. You can contact TILT to discuss the possibilities and costs.
8.4. Orders are sent as package or delivered via our own delivery service or a recognized delivery company. Parcel post can not be delivered to a PO Box address.
8.5. The delivery times specified by TILT are only indicative. Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the exceeding of the delivery period is such that you can not reasonably be required to maintain the agreement. In that case you are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement insofar as this is necessary.
8.6. All shipments are sent or delivered as standard, without insurance, registered or any other form of extra security. If you wish to have your order registered and / or insured against loss or damage, please let Tilt know. For the registered and / or insured shipping we will adjust the shipping costs according to the rates of the sender.
8.7. TILT strive to deliver orders within 2 working days before shipment. TILT send her articles with PostNL. For deliveries a date and time is chosen in consultation with the customer.
8.8. TILT can not be held responsible for any loss, delay and / or damage to items during a shipment.
Article 9 Returns
9.1. As a buyer, you can return your order within 14 business days from the first day after delivery.
9.2. Return shipments will only be accepted after TILT has been notified by e-mail within 2 working days after receipt of the order via a request for return. The request for a return must mention the name of the customer and the article details.
Unsigned returns will not be processed.
9.3. Refunds that are not or insufficiently stamped are not accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
9.4. The costs and the risk of the return shipment are at the expense of the buyer.
9.5. The purchase price will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, in any case not later than fourteen days after the item has been returned in good order, undamaged and in its original state by TILT. If an article is returned that, in TILT's opinion, design and antiques have suffered damage due to an action, use or negligence of the customer or otherwise at the customer's risk, Tilt will notify the customer of this. ask.
